PSC’s operations in Australia and New Zealand earn ISO 9001:2015 re-certification

PSC is pleased to announce that our operations in Australia and New Zealand have been re-certified to the international Quality Management System Standard ISO9001:2015 for another three years to July 25, 2023. PSC in the Asia Pacific region was first certified in July 2003 and we are proud to now 20 years later continue that certification.

By auditing our processes, we assure our clients are receiving the highest level of service. Formal certification of PSC’s quality management system demonstrates our commitment to quality, productivity and client satisfaction.

PSC Australia’s ISO 9001:2015 certificate

ISO 9001:2015 is the current version of the ISO 9001 standard outlining the requirements an organization must maintain in their quality system for certification. Organizations use this standard to demonstrate their ability to consistently provide products and services that meet and exceed customer and regulatory requirements. ISO standards are recognized in over 160 countries.

Assessment Objectives

PSC completed an assessment to determine the capability and effectiveness of its management system to ensure continual compliance with client, statutory and regulatory requirements, meeting its specified objectives.

Assessment Outcome

PSC’s management system continues to be effectively operated and maintained across the business. No major or minor conformances were raised against the requirements of ISO 9001: 2015.

PSC’s senior management team continues to demonstrate a strong level of commitment for the effective operation of the system, along with an ongoing commitment to continual improvement in all aspects of the business, including the management system processes. PSC has implemented many improvement opportunities over the past 20 years which validates PSC’s unwavering commitment to continual improvement.
