- Cultivate a culture that understands sustainability to be integral to project delivery and simultaneously promote sustainable office-based behaviors
- Empower people to do the right thing and make a difference using our expertise and solutions to help our clients to achieve their sustainability outcomes
- Consider sustainability aspects during decision making, including in relation to procurement
- Engage suppliers and subcontractors who are committed to environmental sustainability
- Reduce operational costs and increase productivity through resource conservation and waste reduction
- Reduce waste and promote sustainable use of energy, water and materials
- Monitor and report our sustainability performance, including our carbon footprint
- Give to socially responsible and environmentally sustainable organizations through a Giving Program.
- Continuously improve the sustainability reputation of the company through our work with clients and stakeholders.
