PSC welcomes Dr Amir Hashim to our team as the new General Manager for Asia. Amir has extensive executive-level experience in the global power and energy arena. His prior experience is in corporate transformation and strategy with a focus on power. He has worked with developers and project implementation roles for power utilities, off-grid supply, renewable energy and energy efficiency projects. He graduated with multiple degrees in Electrical Engineering, up to the Doctorate level. Amir is based in our Singapore office.
PSC welcomes Charles Valerio to the APAC Market Systems team as a Market Systems Consultant. Charles brings his experience in market design, real-time operations and renewable energy markets to his new PSC role. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of the Philippines Diliman. Charles is based in our Perth, Australia, office.
PSC welcomes Lee Frankis to PSC as Manager of Generator Testing in the APAC Power Network Solutions team. Lee has previous experience in generator management, maintenance, and testing in New Zealand. He’s an engineer with project management certification and has earned a Master of Applied Management. Lee is based in our Christchurch office in New Zealand.
PSC welcomes Waleed Yousef to the APAC Operational Technologies team as a SCADA/EMS Consultant. Waleed has over ten years of experience including time with a distribution company and an EMS/DMS vendor. He holds a Master’s degree in Control systems and a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering in power and machines division from Alexandria University. Waleed is based in our Darwin, Australia, office.
PSC is pleased to announce that Wisnu Indrajit has joined the APAC Operational Technologies team as a Senior SCADA/EMS Consultant. Wisnu brings over ten years of SCADA/EMS/ADMS project and software engineering experience to this role. He has a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering and a Masters of Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Indonesia and is based in our Perth, Australia, office.
PSC welcomes Syaqyun Nadzor (Nadzor) to the APAC Operational Technologies team as a SCADA/EMS Consultant. Nadzor joins PSC with ten years of experience working for a software vendor and a utility. He has a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from the Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS). Nadzor is based in our Sydney, Australia, office.

Sufyan has experience in power system modeling, conducting GPS studies and preparing grid connection applications and technical reports. PSC welcomes Carl Rouppe van der Voort to the APAC Power Networks team as a Senior Power Systems Engineer. Carl started his involvement in the power industry by first qualifying as a registered electrician and electrical fitter before obtaining his Bachelor of Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Auckland in 2015. With over ten years of experience in the electric utility industry, Carl brings his skills in power systems analysis, electrical engineering, power generation commissioning and testing, and compliance and strategic regulatory analysis to his new role at PSC. Carl will be part of the NZ Power Systems Studies team and is based in the Johnsonville, New Zealand, office.

William lives in Houston, Texas, and comes to PSC from Eos Energy Enterprises, a business focused on battery energy storage solutions where he served as their Chief Commercial Officer. Before Eos, he had a 14-year career with ABB/Hitachi Energy, where he held various leadership, product, sales and marketing roles in their data center and power transformer businesses. He also led ABB’s US oil, gas, and petrochemical businesses before making the move to electricity. William is based remotely in the US.
PSC welcomes Dr. Laura Pasquini to the PSC Group as the inaugural Global Learning and Development (L&D) Manager. Dr. Pasquini joins us with 20 years of experience supporting workplace learning and performance improvement. As a seasoned academic, learning experience designer, researcher, and coach, she helps organizations identify performance needs/gaps, develop strategies to cultivate talent and build the right learning solutions for leaders and teams. Laura is based in our Kirkland, Washington, office in the US.

Huilian has over ten years of experience in energy research and was involved with major European projects related to smart grids and renewable energy integration, successfully solving various critical network issues in power systems. She holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering and Electronics from the University of Liverpool, a Master of Science (Eng) in Communication and Information Systems from Shenzhen University, China, and a dual Bachelor of Science in Communication Engineering and a Bachelor of Arts in Business English from Shenzhen University, China.
