This role is responsible for leading the Global IT Function for both service and project deliverables for the PSC Group, based in Kirkland, Washington. This role works closely with senior leadership, users and the technology team to help determine the optimal approach for delivering the technology and security needs of the company to ensure maximum productivity.  PSC has over 150 staff, with offices in 8 countries covering our global operations.  If you love challenges, have a passion for results, cross-group collaboration, and want to be a part of a growing business, we want you.


  • Set the overall IT strategy and key goals, consistent with PSC Group executive direction, while leading the IT team.
  • Oversee IT initiated projects and provide support to IT enabled projects initiated elsewhere in PSC.
  • Lead the management of PSC’s overall security posture, consistent with the requirements of the Electric Utilities industry.
  • Act as an escalation point for the more challenging problems in the business.
  • Develop IT policies and procedures on a basis for ensuring consistency in standards and leveraging of common systems.
  • Manage communications and working relationships between IT and other departments within the organization as well as outside IT service providers.


  • Bachelors’ degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering or a relevant field.
  • 10+ years of progressive Information Technology experience including computer operations management, multiple roles in systems implementation, supervision of technical personnel, architecture, security/compliance, business-wide strategic planning and budgetary responsibility. Experience in a professional services/consulting environment a plus.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Windows client and server technologies.
  • Strong understanding and expertise in cloud-based services. Strong preference for Microsoft Office 365 and Azure AD.
  • Demonstrated track record of effective leadership including strong strategic thinking and successful execution with technical and intellectual resources to meet organizational goals.
  • Experience managing technical teams and providing support to staff that are regionally and globally distributed.
  • Legally authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
